"Majestic" was selected to be a part of the American Society of Photographers' (ASP) Masters Traveling Loan Collection Exhibit. From a total of over 7,000 entries, Majestic was then selected to appear on the cover of the prestigious Loan Collection book, which is a publication of all selected Loan Collection images. Majestic was also selected to receive the Foveon Award at the Mid East States Regional judging for being the highest scoring image photographed with a digital camera. The image will be on permanent display in the Professional Photographers' Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City. Jim Chagares has had eleven other works accepted in the PPA Loan Collection exhibit which is PPA's highest honor bestowed an image, one of which was selected to be displayed at Disney's World Epcot exhibit.

Majestic was photographed with a Canon D30 armed with a 300mm 2.8L with a 2x extender (on the D30 that equates to 960mm). The image was exposed at 200 ISO, 750 at f/5.6, handheld.
